Event Specific Volunteer Opportunities
Imagine Walk and Family Fun Day
April 27, 2008
The Imagine Walk and Family Fun Day is our largest fundraising event of the year. Last year 5,000 people participated in this event. We are currently recruiting individuals to co-chair and serve on various sub-committees which include but are not limited to: Corporate Team Recruitment, Sponsorship sales, Food and Beverage, Entertainment, Registration, Family Team Recruitment, School Recruitment, Public Relations and media. We also need volunteers to help on the day of the event.
Requirements: Previous fund raising experience is not required. Committee members will be required to meet with the Development Director and attend periodic meetings and those who plan on volunteering on the day of the event will be required to attend an informational meeting prior to the walk.

Office Support
General office support for answering the phone, helping with thank you notes and other administrative tasks.
Program Support
We are looking for volunteers to help prepare the visuals and related supports for our social groups and camp. Opportunity to work in the office or to take projects home to complete.
General Fundraising Volunteer Opportunities

Serve on our fund raising committee and help us plan and implement fundraising activities to support our programs and services designed exclusively for children with autism. Help us brainstorm and plan events which will help generate the much needed funds to continue our mission. Duties include implementation of the event, management of event, solicitation of auction items, creation of event programs and volunteer coordination.
