*UPDATE: Registration Deadline for Winter Spring 2012 is December 23, 2012..

A registration form must be completed and submitted to our office each session for consideration. Repeat applicants may submit only the registration cover page as long as the information in the profile packet is current. 

All participants are required to pay a Registration Fee of $15 per session. The registration fee is a flat rate, meaning that each session, participants are charged a total of $15 to register for as many of our groups as they would like. Participation in any of the groups that we offer requires this fee.

Registration is not covered by medical assistance programs.

** Excludes the week of February 20 and April 16, 2012)
